Mainstream Suites takes great pride in the quality of its facilities.  Our goal is to ensure we are offering a superior product that each guest will enjoy while staying with us.

A consistent experience is paramount -whether you are staying for the first time or are one of our many returning guests.  Therefore, we have established some policies that will apply to all reservations and guests during their stay.  These policies will give you the confidence that we are doing our very best to deliver you a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable and consistent experience.  If you have any questions about our policies, please do not hesitate to contact one of our guest service representatives;  we are here to serve you!
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Our facility is designed to accommodate adults who are of the minimum age of 19 years of age.  Any minors taking residence with a registered adult guest must be at least 16 years of age.  All guests (including minors) must be registered with management prior to registration/check-in.  Unregistered guests may be asked to vacate the facility.
Occasional Guests:  Are guests who will visit a registered guest.  This may include family members, friends or acquaintances, all are welcome during your stay, they may even wish to stay for a night as well.   Visitors cannot take up regular or ongoing tenancy in the suite without being properly registered.  If your guest will occupy the suite for an extended period of time, it is necessary to have them registered with guest services so that we are able to have a complete accounting of all the guests staying in the facility.  This is for the safety of all guests and is mandatory for insurance purposes.
PETS or ANIMALS:
Our facility does not permit pets of any size or type, except for registered service dogs.  Documentation will be required at time of check-in and guest services should be notified at the time of booking. Evidence of a pet being allowed into the facility/suite will result in an immediate minimum fine of $450.00 + HST, as a required base cleaning fee.  Any additional fees or damages caused by the animal will additionally result in other applicable expenses being automatically billed to your account.
SMOKING:
All suites are non-smoking.  Smoking must be conducted outside the building in the assigned/designated areas.  During your check-in a guest service representative will show you where these designated areas are located.
CANDLES or OPEN FLAMES:
We do not allow any candles, open flames or incense burning in the building or in the suites, as this violates our fire code responsibilities.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancelling a Confirmed Reservation:  Please refer to your rental agreement for details.
Early Termination of rental agreement:  We require 30-days written notice.  Any discounts applied to your agreement may be reversed if your early cancellation deems your rental agreement to no longer qualify for the applied discounts or applicable taxes.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:
A reservation is not considered confirmed unless a signed rental agreement has been received and a deposit has been paid (Visa, MC, Cash, Certified Cheque, approved Company Cheque).  If both of these qualifications have not been satisfied Mainstream Suites has the right to cancel your reservation and rent the suite to another guest who meets those specifications; therefore constituting your reservation null and void.
Mainstream Suites reserves the right to add or amend any policy(s).  Policies are subject to change at any time and the policies represented in the rental agreement will supercede any policy stated on this website.
Not adhering to these policies may result in the immediate termination of your rental contract, removal from the facility, and/or addition of applicable fees including a minimum of a 30-day cancellation fee of the rental agreement.
